I participated in Yogi‘s workshop on emotional release and I loved it! Yogi knows how to create a safe and loving space where participants feel free to express themselves. I also liked the Krav Maga elements and excercises to activate the power of the core, this was very different from the other workshops of that kind that I attended. There was a good balance between yin and yang. I am already looking forward to the next event!
