AUM MEDITATION

In everyday life, many of us carry stress, emotions,

tension, and energy that never really get expressed.
The AUM Meditation is an active social meditation

designed to help us move through these layers —

not by escaping life, but by fully entering it.

Over 2.5 hours, the process guides participants through 13 emotional stages:

from anger to love,

from chaos to silence,

from laughter to tears,

from movement into stillness.

The intention is not performance or catharsis for its own sake.
The intention is to reconnect with the body, release accumulated tension, and arrive more honestly in the present moment — with ourselves and with others.

The Process — 13 Phases

The AUM is built around emotional polarities.
By consciously moving through opposite energies, we create space for balance, grounding, and awareness.

Each phase lasts only a few minutes, creating a dynamic emotional and physical journey through different human states.

1. Negativity - A powerful release of anger, frustration, and suppressed energy.

2. Forgiveness - Opening the heart again through apology, softness, and human connection.

3. Love - Expressing appreciation, affection, and acknowledgment toward others.

4. Second Wind - Moving beyond the mind’s limits and discovering deeper physical energy.

5. Kundalini - Shaking the body to release stress, rigidity, and accumulated tension.

6. Freak out - Total expression — screaming, jumping, moving, letting go.

7. Free Dance

Celebration, freedom, vitality, and ecstatic movement.

8. Crying - Space for sadness, grief, vulnerability, and emotional release.

9. Laughing - Laughter as meditation — playful, absurd, and deeply connecting.

10. Dance of the lovers - A gentle sensual dance to learn what feels good

11. AUM - Chanting the sound AUM together and integrating the experience.

12. Silent Sitting (WOW) Nothing to do. Nothing to become.

13. Namaste - Meeting each other beyond masks — through presence, gratitude, and connection.
