Opening for Love – A Journey to Your Heart
This workshop is your invitation to open your heart and experience love in its most authentic form. Through gentle awareness practices, you’ll tap into the subtle energy of love within, connecting deeply to yourself and those around you.
During one of these sessions, I personally experienced a profound moment of vulnerability. As I embraced the shaking and emotional release exercises, memories of past hurt surfaced. Instead of turning away, I allowed myself to feel it all. That moment of vulnerability transformed into connection as I opened my heart to others in the room. Together, we shared in the vulnerability, creating a safe space for healing and growth.
