Social Meditations
for us, meditation means being present with whatever is. In a meeting with another human being a lot is rising up to the surface and allow us to bring more awareness to the way we relate with others and to potentially to take a conscious choice of our responses. It is an opportunity to come closer to one's-self and to others. It is totally open for everyone.
